By accessing or using Units.ph, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Units.ph.

Description of Service

Units.ph is an online marketplace platform dedicated to condominium properties in the Philippines. Our platform provides the following services:

• Browse and search condominium listings across Metro Manila and the Philippines
• Post and manage condo listings for sale or rent
• Connect buyers and renters with property listers and agents
• Access property information, photos, specifications, and contact details

User Responsibilities

As a user of Units.ph, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or posting listings
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform or its servers
• Comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations when using our services

Listing Policies

All listings posted on Units.ph must comply with the following policies:

Accuracy of Listings

All listing information must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes property details, pricing, photos, location, and availability status. Listers are responsible for keeping their listings up to date and must promptly remove or update listings when properties are no longer available.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Units.ph:

• False, misleading, or deceptive property information
• Listings for properties that do not exist or that the lister does not have authorization to sell or rent
• Discriminatory language or content that violates Philippine anti-discrimination laws
• Spam, duplicate listings, or any content intended to manipulate search results

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Units.ph, including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Units.ph and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our prior written consent. User-submitted listing content remains the property of the respective users, but by posting on Units.ph, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content on our platform.

Limitation of Liability

Units.ph serves as a marketplace platform and does not participate in actual real estate transactions between users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of properties, or the conduct of any user. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Units.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to property transactions, financial losses, or disputes between users.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Units.ph, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, your listing content, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

Units.ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users or the platform, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of Units.ph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Units.ph after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
